Simple, transparent pricing

Free to track. Pay only for what grows with you.

Everyone gets full net worth tracking for free, forever. Upgrade to Advanced for Australian tax and scenario tools, or go further as a Client Manager and manage other people's wealth files too — pricing scales with how much you use, not a paywall on the basics.

Billed annually, Advanced and Client Manager both work out to about 2 months free compared to paying monthly. The per-client fee is billed monthly only.

  • Your first client is free, then $9.99/client/month
  • Each client you pay for gets Advanced included
  • Client-facing sharing & permissions

Client Manager has two parts: a base subscription for the manage-clients tools themselves, plus a per-client fee — not per seat — so the price scales with your practice, not a flat licence fee. Your first client is always free; from your second client on, you pay $9.99/client/month, billed monthly. When you pay for a client, that client's own wealth file gets every Advanced feature included, so you're never asking them to separately subscribe. Already on Advanced? You can upgrade to Client Manager at any time from your Billing page — no need to sign up again.

Pricing questions

The short answers to what people usually ask before upgrading.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. Creating an account and using Starter is completely free, no card required. A card is only needed if and when you choose to start an Advanced or Client Manager trial.

What happens after my 14-day trial?

You'll get a reminder before your trial ends. If you don't continue, your account simply drops back to Starter — nothing you've entered is deleted, and you can upgrade again at any time.

What's the difference between Advanced and Client Manager?

Client Manager includes everything in Advanced, plus the ability to create and manage wealth files for other people. It has its own 14-day trial and monthly or annual base fee — $18.99/month or $189/year — on top of which each client you manage is billed separately (see below).

How does the per-client fee actually work?

Once you're on Client Manager, your first client is free, always. From your second client onward, you're billed $9.99/client/month for each client you're actively managing, on top of the Client Manager base fee — not a flat fee for the whole account. Remove a client and you stop paying for them from your next billing cycle.

If I pay for a client, do they also need to pay?

No. Paying for a client as their Client Manager unlocks Advanced features on their wealth file — they don't need a separate subscription of their own.

I'm already on Advanced — can I upgrade to Client Manager?

Yes. Head to your Billing page and choose "Upgrade to Client Manager". It applies straight away on your existing subscription — you're simply charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period, with no new trial and no need to sign up again.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — Advanced, Client Manager and per-client subscriptions can all be cancelled at any time, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. Every tax, CGT, negative gearing, or scenario figure Track My Wealth produces is a general estimate for your own reference, not financial, tax or legal advice — see our Terms & Conditions for the full detail.
